The Party Posse guild has now changed guild names.
We are now the guild Ætërnal Existëncë!

Message darkgoddess, vortazer or yesiamdruid with the password located on the guild info tab to switch to the guild.
Party Posse will remain an alt leveling guild and all info will be updated on website. A website for the new guild will be created shortly and Party Posse's alt characters will still have access to our vent to chat with the same people.

So I'd say that the guild is progressing great. Everyone is beginning to work together kick ass as a team and it is great. We successfully ran 10-man OS on Sunday and it was fairly smooth. Today we will be running 10man naxx. Things will further begin to progress with the guild on the raiding aspect, I'm sure everyone is looking forward to it. Continuing to move forward,  as always, like to make a few updates.


***We Now have 31 80s in the guild** Yay! for everyone!

***We are still looking for more raid leaders a few class leaders and guild crafters***

***If you have any requests for Raid Runs, put them in the Forums, I will then put them up on the calendar**

***People who were in raids during the DKP days have been recorded. Vort is finalizing things to get the numbers up for everyone***

** I will be updating the Ventrillo shortly. That means that everyone will be administered as Users instead of guests in Vent. It will also allow a different password to be used for pugs and/or rl friends and friends in arena teams. We will be able to tell who is not part of the guild  on vent. I will be asking people to log on temporarily at given times so that I can log their account name under member. ( it only shows me people as they are online). Thanks for working with me on this**

***Please, Please, Please PLEASE check the damn guild calendar and approve or deny invites. THIS IS INCREASINGLY IMPORTANT for our RAID GROUPS. If you are not sure if you can make it, press deny. I will bump people from raid groups and fill their slot if they cannot respond to these invites. It takes a few seconds of your time and it helps me determine if the date i suggested is good for the raid. Be respectful of your other raiders who are depending on you to be there. If you tell us in advance its no biggie. Just do it.

***Guild Dues. 10g a week and It is logged in wowarmory.com so I have our entire guild history. These dues again go for guild repairs, and soon will go towards any item/enchantment that you would like on your character or would improve your character through our guild crafters. This is required.

Hi everyone, the first officer meeting went well. Just I just have a few updates for everyone and a few announcements to make:


**Zikhaz and Epicwang have been promoted as our guild's new Dungeon Masters!**

**On January 5th 2009 we will be using DKP for all general guild raids that are marked on the calendar. Vortazer has been deemed DKP Officer**

**25% of our guild is death knights, we unfortunately do not have room for all the DK's to raid with us, therefore If you would like to raid, It would help the guild if you could start leveling your 70 main character as it would ensure that you get into raids and help our guild balance**

**Atlas is no longer a required guild addon, but it is strongly reccomended**

**The secondary raid group has still not been decided, if you applied you will be recieving an email in game from me explaining the troubles we are having with the secondary raid group, we will come to a solution soon**

**Applications are now being taken for Class Leaders, Raid Leaders and Guild Crafters all information can be found in their prospective forum tabs**

** We remind all guildies to please check your guild calendar in game, message darkgoddess or any other officer through mail or pst. about the alts that you have in the guild so we can set it in the public note, also check the website and jump on vent with us! Be friendly most of you I haven't even spoke with. Vent is the first step in getting to know your officers**

** A poll will be coming out shortly establishing the guild song**

As you all know, we are going through a transition period to transition the guild into a more efficient raiding guild. Here are some updates:


2+ Month Idle Deadline
-If you have not logged in 2 months you will be removed from the guild on January 1st. If the character is an alt, you must place the name of whose alt it is in the public note. This will save the character from being kicked as well as saving the character from having to pay the weekly dues. Start doing it now please i will not give a warning the day of.

 Addons Deadline
- Start preparing for our guild requirements by getting your addons early. I will be recording who is getting the addons now, so make my job easier by having a minimal amount of people i have to record on the new year.


Website Register Deadline
-the deadline for registering for the website has passed. All members that are not registered for the website have now been demoted to Register. To get promoted all you have to do is follow the easy steps on how to register in order to get promoted and get repair and withdrawl capabilites again.

This Group Will be raiding on set days after 9pm EST.


We are also setting up a Secondary Raid Group very soon, but want interested committed people only.
This raid group will consist of 10 people and will also be raiding end game on set days of the week. If interested please fill out a reply on the Secondary Raid Group Forums under Applicants. This secondary group will also join the Main Raid Group on 25 Main Heroics.

For all of you guildies that unfortunatly do not make it into our Main or Secondary Raid group do not fret. We will still be running raids before the scheduled time we run our Main Raid group raids.

- any level 75 or lower that levels to 80 by Sunday at Noon recieves 100g

- Recruit as many 80s as you can into the guild. The person who recruits the most level 80 players by December 20th recieves 100g and 2 twenty slot bags so get to it.

How does it work?
Send 20g to me (darkgoddess) as a buy in to the raffle. You will then get mail back with a number enclosed. The Raffle will end on December 25th at 12am. At that time a Winner will be announced and sent the 20 slot bag. All proceeds will be donated to the guild bank. I will also publish the list of people participating in the raffle with their numbers as well as a screenshot of the roll.
